WARRANTY - LIMITATIONS OR LIABILITY:
Alpine Ribbons & Bows warrants that our products shipped will conform to the order terms and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchaser's sole remedy in the event of warranty claim shall be either the recovery of the purchase price of the defective product or a substitution of a conforming product, at Alpine Ribbons & Bows option. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Alpine Ribbons & Bows shall in no event have any liability for defects in or damage to products in connection with which how Alpine Christmas Wreaths products are used, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser.
Written notice or email of any claim for defective or product shortage must be delivered by purchaser to Alpine Ribbons & Bows within 48 hours of receipt of order. In the absence of such notice, purchaser will be deemed to have waived all such claims.
DAMAGE
Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment. Upon Carrier notification, hold on to all merchandise, packing material and containers. Once the damaged products are inspected by the Carrier they will issue a damage inspection report which will be forwarded to Alpine Ribbons & Bows. If carrier approves damages a damage claim number will be issued and Alpine Ribbons & Bows will issue you a credit for the approved damage amount, usually in the manner the payment was received.
RETURNS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Ribbons & Bows can be returned for any reason within (7)days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged and unopened with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stock and processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
